Apple HD SC Setup 7.3.5

You no longer need SetupPartitions if you use Apple HD SC Setup 7.3.5

Warning

SetupPartitions may quit unexpectedly (or invoke a low-level debugger) with error #25 (out of memory) on Power Macintoshes. This happens because the preferred memory partition (80K) became insufficient with newer Mac OS releases. To fix this, simply set the memory partition to at least 128K. The fix should not be necessary on 68K Macintoshes.
